Postflight

In the field:

  1. Power off aircraft by pulling pin and sliding out of the E2.

  2. Power off transmitter, SwiftStation, and SwiftTab

  3. Inspect aircraft and payload for damage

  4. Remove pins holding arms in place

  5. Rotate arms into closed position.

  6. Replace pins.

  7. Download all payload data

  8. Download the flight's log file (optional)
  9. Power on aircraft (a power cycle must be performed otherwise the log file for the flight will be still being written to)
    1. Use your tablet or laptop to connect to the wifi "SwiftPilot".
    2. Open a web browser and browse to "192.168.0.1"
    3. Click to download the second last log file, "LOG_xxx.BIN"
    4. Clear all of the logfiles by hitting the "x" icon next to them.
  10. Power off aircraft
  11. Pack up

Back at the office:

  1. Upload log file(s) to the parsing website

  2. Charge SwiftStation, tablet, and launcher

  3. Charge the Propulsion Battery propulsion battery to:
    1. "Storage" (3.8V/cell) for storage or
    2. "Charge" (4.2V/cell) if you're planning on flying again soon
